Certification
The Certification tab helps you follow your team’s progress through training programs and certification exams.
Required role: Org Manager
The certification dashboard shows training progress, certification phases, and upcoming exam dates for the whole team.
View Modes
Section titled “View Modes”The certification dashboard has three views:
Training View
Section titled “Training View”The default view is a table of every team member and their training status:
- Name: the team member’s name.
- Days: how long they’ve been assigned to their current training.
- Training Assigned: the course they’re assigned.
- Current Phase: where they are in the training pipeline.
Sort by any column to find who needs attention.
Certification View
Section titled “Certification View”Switch to the certification view to see:
- Certifications each team member has earned
- Upcoming certification due dates
- Progress through the certification phases:
- Registration: signed up for the certification.
- Lab Completion: completed all lab requirements.
- Certificate of Completion: received the course completion certificate.
- Certification Test: scheduled or completed the proctored exam.
- Certified: passed the exam and received the certification.
Verbose View
Section titled “Verbose View”The verbose view gives a detailed breakdown for each course, showing:
- Completion of individual scenarios
- Video training hours completed
- Lab (VM) hours logged
- Detailed progress metrics for each training module
Past Students
Section titled “Past Students”Turn on Show Past Students to include team members who have already completed or left their training programs. Use it to track historical certification data and renewal timelines.
Upcoming Events
Section titled “Upcoming Events”A sidebar section lists upcoming certification exams and team events so you can plan around important dates.
